Jay Mezera is a partner at Atchley & Associates, LLP. He has been in the accounting profession since 2003.
Before joining Atchley & Associates, LLP in 2006, Jay was with Elms, Faris & Company, LLP, and Bolinger, Segars, Gilbert & Moss, LLP. In addition, Jay worked for Ryan & Company, Inc.
Jay is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, including the Austin Chapter. Jay is also a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) and the Society of Financial Service Professionals (FSP).
Jay's practice concentration includes tax compliance and planning for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts. Jay also focuses his practice on business valuations, mergers and acquisitions, and state taxation. Jay's technical expertise and problem-solving skills make him very valuable to the firm and to his clients.
