MELINDA OSTER, CPA

Melinda is a Partner in the tax department at Atchley & Associates, LLP, and has been in the accounting profession since 2002. She earned her B.S. in Business Administration and Master’s Degree in Public Accounting from the University of South Dakota, graduating with honors.

Before joining Atchley & Associates, LLP in July of 2007, she worked for two years in the tax department of Carver Moquist & O’Connor, a CPA firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In addition to her experience in public accounting, she gained experience in the industry through her work in the Retail Accounting Department at SuperValu, Inc., also in Minneapolis.

Melinda is a board member of The 100 Club of Central Texas and volunteers with organizations such as the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation and Central Texas Food Bank.

Melinda concentrates her time in the areas of taxation and consulting, tax compliance for corporations, partnerships, individuals, estates and trusts. Melinda’s technical knowledge, experience, and dedication make her ideal for training, serving, and guiding her clients.
